Hernica Jean-Charles
Part #2—Health & Safety
Reading this interview may be the final piece of the puzzle that completes your good health picture.
Please Note: Reading this interview also may not be the final puzzle piece in completing your good health picture; it may be only one piece. You may have to take other actions and precautions to also improve your health.
Reading this interview puts you one step closer to Health Avenue rather than the much more questionable neighborhood that Disease Street leads to.

By brushing my teeth at least 2 times a day! Once in the morning and once at night is a must!
-
I'm happy to say premiums are low! Ever heard the saying "an apple a day keeps the dentist away"?-- Well, embracing the phrase, Sweet Livin', allows me to acknowledge and promote the idea that yes-- life is sweet, but in order to live a nice, and long, Sweet Livin' life, I have to make sure to do my best to keep my health, and teeth in order. The Sweet Livin' lifestyle has allowed me to maintain my dental care with a basic plan (lower premiums), and has certainly saved me lots of bucks on dentist visits. Win-Win!
-
I am relieved to share that since wearing Sweet Livin t-shirts, I 've been invasion, robbery, military coup, and drama- free!
-
Well, I got caught-- I may not necessarily eat apples every day; however, I do substitute in other fruits daily. Keeping things exciting! My favorites right now are pineapples, watermelon, oranges, and grapes. Two of which are as good for the heart and even better for it than apples are.
-
I would absolutely capture the opportunity. And even if I thought it was everything I ever wanted prior to achieving/capturing it, I'm sure once I finally achieved it, new aspirations/goals would emerge, as growth and reaching higher heights are super important to me.
-
Tea for sure! It’s much better for our health.
-
Green tea! With lemon and ginger. I've learned that this combo promotes mental alertness, relief of digestive symptoms and headaches, and boosts the immune system. Plus it’s delicious!
-
Neither; I prefer to enjoy my tea with honey. I've learned it's much less harmful to your health than sugar. Adding milk to tea should be illegal; I know-- harsh, right? I guess it's obvious, I am not such a fan.
-
Of course I'd prefer to drink from my tea Sweet Livin' mug. No questions asked Lol.
-
Sweetness levels in honey are definitely Sweet Livin' material-- A 10/10! 😊 .
These twins, healthy and safe, had their birthday wish come true when they got to read Part #2, obviously their favorite part, of this 3-Part interview.
But twins are not the only DNA-sharing siblings in the world.
These triplets, with potentially neglectful parents noticeably absent from the picture, need something to steer them in the right direction and guide them in life.
We have just the the thing.
While this doctor is displaying a good bedside manner and empathy in this moment, wait until the patient gets the bill! The health advice you are getting in this part of the 3-Part interview series will not be followed by any bill. Sweet Livin’ health insurance is the ultimate universal health insurance without any borders. We are not comparing it to the work Doctors Without Borders does, but if someone else wants to make that comparison, please let us know which of the Black Velvet bottles helped your reach that attractive conclusion.
Please Note: This statement has not been reviewed by the FDA or any other similar government agencies anywhere in the world. In other words, the above statement’s lack of review is without borders, just as Doctors Without Borders serves people without the barrier of borders.
Feeling guilty for forgetting to bring your yoga mat with you and thus not doing yoga like the “more responsible” people in this photo? Don’t feel guilty. It is not healthy (guilt, we mean; yoga is in fact healthy). Besides, not all 4 of the photographed yoga practitioners read this interview (citation: our website analytics). So who is more responsible now?
You.
